Pissed In Cup Race

Rules & Regulations

UPDATED 6/30/2024

Below you will find the Pissed In Cup Race Rules, Safety Requirements, Vehicle Specifications, Class Details, Race Format, and Prize Structure. Please review ALL of the items on this page prior to race day. Be sure to reach out to us with any questions, comments, or concerns prior to race day. The Driver’s Meeting at each race is the last time you may ask for any clarification on any of these items. If you do not ask questions, it will be assumed that you fully understand all the rules and regulations. Email us with any questions at: WorldOfRedneck@gmail.com

    • No fighting, respect others, don’t be a dick. (Including on/off the track, or on social media. Negative/inappropriate comments or harassment on posts, comments, reels etc. will be reported and deleted.)

    • Fighting, arguing, and poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated amongst racers or their pit crews/members. This will be grounds for ejection from the event, and Law enforcement may be requested to assist if needed.

    • No malicious hits. (No pit maneuvers, door hits, etc.)

    • All issues/concerns should be brought to the attention of the main race official(s). Drivers should be the only person talking to race officials, not pit crew/members.

    • Have Fun! Again...Don't be a dick.

      • Disputes will be resolved with the 2 involved parties by super soaker battle so you "cool down."

    • No track cutting or jump skipping.

    • Must obey track and park rules.

    • Must attend driver's meetings.

    • Fee per driver per class, not per car.

    • Must wear a DOT approved helmet while racing and it must be fastened correctly.

    • Must sign a Liability Waiver upon arrival of the property.

    • You MUST observe posted speed limits driving any vehicle while on the property. Posted Speed Limits are 5 MPH

      • The only exception to this is while you are on the track during a race once the pace vehicle has left the track.

    • While an active participant in an event, Drivers are NOT allowed to consume alcohol or drugs (including marijuana). ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY! Once your vehicle is inoperable or you have finished ALL your events for the day, and ONLY then, may you indulge in alcohol if you are 21+.

      • If the driver is found to have been consuming alcohol and or illegal drugs (including marijuana), the driver will be disqualified. All monies/points will be forfeited, and all persons involved will be removed from the event.

    • Classes will have an approximate scheduled Start Time. The announcer will call your class to the Staging Area 5 minutes prior to the Actual Start Time for that class/event. Pay attention to the schedule and be ready ahead of time! It is suggested that you start staging as the previous class/event is beginning their heat/main. If you are not staged after the 5 minutes expire following call to staging announcement, racing will start without you and you will forfeit that heat, main, or event.

    • All vehicles will be subject to tech inspection at each race. Vehicles in question may be inspected at any time during the event to insure safety and fair play.

    • Harness Bars, hoops or cages highly encouraged.

    • Battery must be held down. No bungee cords

    • All loose items in or on vehicle must be removed.

    • Airbags MUST be disabled AND removed

    • A participation/liability waiver must be signed

    • Modifications to the front bumper should ONLY be for the purpose of protecting the radiator. A modified front bumper CANNOT stick out more than 3” or further than the corners of the car. If there is a factory bumper and a modified bumper installed, the combined total must not exceed the 3” requirement. (ie. If the factory bumper measures 2” then the modified bumper cannot increase the total bumper size to over 3” from the corners of the car)

You may share a vehicle with your spouse if they are racing in another class, but you will still need to pay your own Driver Registration Fee. If the car is inoperable prior to the second person’s race, that person will forfeit their ability to participate in the event unless they are able to obtain a new vehicle to borrow from another racer. The same applies for a single driver using one vehicle in multiple classes, if the car is inoperable prior to the next registered class race, that person will forfeit their ability to participate in the event unless they are able to obtain a new vehicle to borrow from another racer.
